     Suggested Use:

    Tinctures are a balanced formulation that can be adjusted to fit your needs. The best method of use is to put half to one dropper under your tongue. For lighter dose, half a quarter of the dropper.

    Swish it around your mouth for at least 30 seconds, then swallow. If it is your first time using a CBD tincture, wait an hour before taking more as it can take a while before it starts to take effect. Slowly increase your dose depending on how your body responds to it.
